Payment Policy
●Please send the full amount of your order via Interac e-Transfer to info@monkpatisserie.ca within 24hrs of ordering.
●Your order will not be completed until payment is confirmed. If we don't confirm payment, it will be cancelled automatically.●No refund after payment.
Cancellation policy
●Any cancellation that is requested less than 3 days from the pickup date will not be refunded.
●No refund or store credit will be issued on orders cancelled less than 24 hours from the pickup time. Same as "No Show" on the pick update.
Christmas decoration request
●An additional $3 will be charged for Chrismas decoration on our regular cake upon your request. Please add $3 on top of your total amount and send us by e-transfer payment.
