●Please send the full amount of your order via Interac e-Transfer to info@monkpatisserie.ca within 24hrs of ordering.
●Your order will not be completed until payment is confirmed. If we don't confirm payment, it will be cancelled automatically.

●No refund after payment.

●Any cancellation that is requested less than 3 days from the pickup date will not be refunded. We can not process any refunds if you paid by credit card.

●No refund or store credit will be issued on orders cancelled less than   24 hours from the pickup time.  Same as "No Show" on the pick update.
