●Payment option :By e-transfer to info@monkpatisserie.ca  or credit card. We will send you the email about the payment instruction when we confirm your order.

● Please do not send any payment until you receive an email instruction.
●Once we received the payment, the order is completed.

●Any cancellation that is requested less than 3 days from the pickup date will not be refunded. We can not process any refunds if you paid by credit card.

●No refund or store credit will be issued on orders cancelled less than   24 hours from the pickup time.  Same as "No Show" on the pick update.
